Organizational Overview
My cooperating organization, The Woodlands Township, is the municipality that oversees the governing of The Woodlands, Texas. Their Parks and Recreation department encompasses their recreation centers, sports fields, boat rentals, and their lifeguarding / aquatics program. What started out as an organization that hosted three aquatics facilities has now grown to host fourteen, with their most recently added facility being opened in 2014.
